Who is responsible for your data
DealTunnel is the trade name under which Nicolás Calderón operates, and is the controller of the personal data this site collects. Contact: nicolas@dealtunnel.io.
What data we collect
What you type into the Revenue Audit form: full name, company, sector, the region where you sell, work email and phone number.
And what your browser sends when the page loads: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page and the campaign or ad you arrived from. Those are processed by Google Analytics and Leadfeeder through Google Tag Manager.
What we use it for
- To produce and deliver the Revenue Audit you requested.
- To contact you by email or phone about that request.
- To measure which ads and which pages work.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third party advertising. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
Who we share it with
With the providers we need in order to operate, and only for that: Supabase, which hosts the database where your request is stored; Vercel, which serves this site; Google, for measurement and advertising; and Leadfeeder, for visitor company identification. Each one processes the data under its own terms.
These providers process and store data outside your country, including the United States and the European Union. By submitting the form you accept that international transfer.
How long we keep it
For as long as there is a commercial relationship or an open conversation, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that it is deleted, except for whatever a legal obligation requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its cancellation or deletion, object to its processing, withdraw your consent and ask us to hand it to you in a portable format.
You exercise them by writing to nicolas@dealtunnel.io from the address you contacted us with, or telling us how to verify your identity. We respond within the deadlines set by the applicable law: 20 business days in Mexico under the LFPDPPP, 15 business days in Colombia under Law 1581 of 2012, and the equivalent deadlines in Chile.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can turn to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses first party and third party cookies to measure traffic and attribute visits arriving from ads. You can block them in your browser settings. If you block them, the form still works.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date above and publish the new version at this same address.
